Android. The function that iPhone users DREAM about

Android. A feature that iPhone users only dream of has been revealed for Google's phones, here's what a major change it brings for us.

Android browser

Android. A very interesting and very useful function was discovered for users of the platform developed by Google, and many who own an iPhone would like to have it available right now. To begin with, the function itself was inspired by iOS and the 3D Touch system, but in Android it is implemented in a better way, which makes it much more useful, and I am sure that many people would like to have it available including in iOS now.

Android. The function is currently implemented for the Google Chrome browser, where it has the name Sneak peek, allowing viewing a web page in a window using a gesture, as happens in iOS with 3D Touch on the iPhone. Long pressing on the link of a web page will activate this system, just like on the iPhone, but in Android, the Google Chrome browser also allows browsing through the page to see the content, which iOS does not offer.

Android. For now, the system is not as easy to use, i.e. a long press on a link opens a menu of options from where it can be activated Sneak peek, in contrast to iOS, where activation is done with a stronger press. However, the great improvement lies in the fact that in Android it is offered for Google Chrome and the option to navigate through the page opened in this window, and Apple still refuses to offer this for its iDevice customers.

Android. The new function prepared by Google is currently only available to a limited number of users, so it was taken out of the beta testing period, but not everyone has it. Those who do not have it active in Android, can activate it using the functionality chrome :/ / flags, and looking for the flag Sneak, which must be activated, after which the browser must be restarted so that the functionality can be used normally.
