iOS 12.1.3

iOS 12.1.3 was launched by the Apple company for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch this evening, the Americans offering users an update designed to solve the problems encountered in everyday life. iOS 12.1.3 comes more than a month after iOS 12.1.2, or iOS 12.1.1, were released by the Apple company, but it is understandable since we went through Christmas and the New Year, when employees had time off.

iOS 12.1.3. According to the list of changes previously released by the Apple company, one of the problems solved for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch is related to the Messages application, and the viewing of pictures and video clips from the history of a conversation. Another problem that iOS 12.1.3 solves for iDevices has to do with sharing photos to other people, some of them having various artifacts displayed in the device they are received on.

iOS 12.1.3 also fixes an issue with audio content playback on iPad Pro tablets when connected to an external source, which is a very nice change. If you use CarPlay, then iOS 12.1.3 also solves the problem due to which the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max phones disconnect without any explanation, and here I think there will be quite a few customers who will enjoy this change.

– Fixes an issue in Messages that could impact scrolling through photos in the Details view
– Addresses an issue where photos could have striped artifacts after being sent from the Share Sheet
– Fixes an issue that may cause audio distortion when using external audio input devices on iPad Pro (2018)
– Resolves an issue that could cause certain CarPlay systems to disconnect from iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max

This release also includes bugfixes for HomePod. This update:

– Fixes an issue that could cause HomePod to restart
– Addresses an issue that could cause Siri to stop listening

iOS 12.1.3 it also comes with two changes for HomePod speakers, solving a problem that caused the speaker to restart without explanation during use, plus because of Siri no longer listening to user commands. iOS 12.1.3 can currently be installed through the system software UpdateSoftware Update, but I recommend you to wait because it is not known what other problems there are with this Apple update.

UPDATED: watchOS 5.1.3, macOS Mojave 10.14.3 and tvOS 12.1.2 were also released by Apple.
