RCS & RDS. The telecommunications group can boast that in 2018 it managed to be far above the competition made by Orange, Vodafone, Telekom in Romania, and this is a great thing to be able to say. According to the information provided by ANCOM for 2018, RCS & RDS recorded the fewest complaints regarding electronic communications services provided on the territory of our country by existing providers.
RCS & RDS. I told you yesterday that the operator owned by the Digi group registered only 12% of all the complaints made by customers in our country, and this in the conditions that it is one of the largest in Romania. The percentage of complaints registered for those from RCS & RDS is halved compared to that registered for the telecommunications operator Vodafone, those from ANCOM quite erroneously placing it in the first position among the companies with the most complained about services people.

RCS & RDS. The percentage of those from Digie is much lower than that of Telekom, which for the Mobile Communications and Communications divisions registered 20% and 15% respectively of the complaints, so a total of 35%. Practically, with its two divisions, Telekom collected 3 times more complaints than RCS & RDS from customers in Romania, and this says a lot about the quality of services offered by the two telecommunications groups.
ANCOM data show that the complaints made by users referred to the services provided by Vodafone Romania in a proportion of 24%, Telekom Romania Mobile Communications – 20%, Telekom Romania Communications – 15%, Orange Romania – 15%, and RCS&RDS – 12%.
RCS & RDS. Compared to those from Orange, the difference in the number of complaints was much smaller, but the "oranges" always had a fairly small number of complaints from customers. Although those from RCS & RDS have approximately as many clients as the other "big" ones in Romania, here they still have much fewer complaints, a sign that they offer quality services, even if the prices for them are lower than in the case of others telecom operators.
RCS & RDS. The data from ANCOM show us very clearly how the telecom market looks at the moment, and you should be guided to a certain extent by the number of complaints of an operator, if you are thinking of contracting its services.
