OnePlus, presented at Mobile World Congress 2019 its first 5G prototype produced using Qualcomm components, which will be used in many other mobile phone models in the coming months. Those from OnePlus didn't allow the press to use their 5G phone prototype, and they barely allowed them to get somewhat close to it to see it, and take photos, but not very close, so as not to see them "secrets".

OnePlus, mounted this 5G phone prototype in a display located in the Qualcomm stand, and in the video clip below you can see it streaming some games using the 5G internet. The Shadow gaming system is used for 5G game streaming by OnePlus, and theoretically everything works as well as it can, as it would be normal for a device that has a high-speed internet connection high, and low latency.

OnePlus presented its first 5G prototype surrounded by mystery

OnePlus, uses a 5G X50 modem from Qualcomm to demonstrate the new technology, which can support speeds of up to several Gbps, depending on the phone's specifications. Despite the fact that OnePlus has admitted that it will launch a 5G phone, the company refuses to reveal what the design of the new smartphone model looks like, and this could be a very big problem, in the end, for many of the customers.

OnePlus, there is a lot of mystery surrounding this 5G phone because it has probably prepared a new design for the case, and the whole phone could be a bit thicker because of the components needed for 5G networks. Meanwhile, OnePlus could launch the OnePlus 7 before its 5G phone reaches the market, and this model would not have such connectivity implemented, although many would like to have it offered from the start.
