According to information from Iliyan Malchev, director of Google's Project Treble, Android 10 will be offered in beta version for even more phone models, as Android P was not only offered on Google Pixel.

After Android 10 will be presented in of this conference, Google will test it until sometime in August, when it will be publicly released for all manufacturers, and they will start testing it for release on phones.
