WhatsApp. A new application is being launched by the company behind the biggest messaging platform on the planet, the announcement was made last night, and it's a very important one for everyone. More precisely, the company version of the WhatsApp application, that is WhatsApp Business, was officially launched by the American company publicly, the first country in which it was distributed is Mexico, but this is just the beginning.
WhatsApp. In case you didn't already know, the American company has created a special version of its application that allows companies to more easily get in touch with customers from all over the world through the platform. For Android, those from WhatsApp launched this application a long time ago, but here it is in the end including on the iOS platform of those from Apple, but it will not be available for regular users, but only for companies.

WhatsApp. Accounts that allow access to this version of the application can only be registered by companies that choose to use the platform to communicate more easily with any of their customers. This means that an ordinary user cannot register to use the WhatsApp Business platform, so even though you will see the application in the App Store, do not bother to install it, because you will not be able to use it, because it will not is dedicated.
WhatsApp. The extension of support for the Business version of the application brings for ordinary users the possibility of receiving faster and easier help for the problems they encounter with various companies. The platform can be used including in Romania by companies that are interested in getting in touch with users who use WhatsApp, advertisements are also displayed so that people know that they can communicate more easily with their favorite company.
WhatsApp. For now, the application is distributed in various countries around the world by Americans, so for now it is not very clear when it will arrive in Romania.
