UPDATED: Those from Orange reported to me that there are no compromised accounts as far as they are concerned. Separately, those who discovered and analyzed these data also stated that some of them are old, so some of the information regarding the compromise of certain accounts from other companies or government institutions is no longer current.

PSD, SRI, ANAF, Orange, PRO TV are just some of the institutions, companies, and organizations in Romania that were the victims of hackers who managed to hack over 1 million accounts of Romanians who are active online. The list concerns the websites of these institutions, companies, and organizations from Romania, the accounts of some of the users PSD, SRI, ANAF, Orange, PRO TV, Vodafone, BOR, BNR, and many others being compromised and published on the internet, so they can be accessed by anyone.

The accounts of the people who are part of these institutions, companies, and organizations had their access data published to the confidential information to which they had access, but it is not very clear how serious the situation is. Tens of thousands of websites of Romanian institutions, companies, and organizations were hacked by hackers, but it is not known how many important people within them had their account names and passwords publicly distributed, at least the lower-ranking official being affected.

The fact that political parties, or SRI, ANAF, BNR, or even DIICOT are included in the list of websites that had compromised accounts shows us how vulnerable even these important institutions in Romania are. Apart from them, there are also many educational institutions that had their user accounts compromised, but here maybe things are not so surprising, because in general it would only be about ordinary users, not people with access to large databases.

On the other hand, the Romanian Police, MAE, BRD, BCR, or BT also had users whose accounts were compromised, the Romanian Senate, ANPC, or even the website of the Presidential Administration being compromised. Even the websites of some ministries within the Government of Romania did not escape the compromise of user accounts, and this situation is very serious, because we are talking about the infrastructure of national importance that was compromised.

Unfortunately, and very much online stores, bigger or smaller, had their accounts compromised by hackers, so the usernames and passwords of many people were most likely exposed.
