WhatsApp. GREAT news for ALL Application Users

WhatsApp. If you are using the messaging app, then a great news has come today for all the messaging app users around the world, and it all comes as a very big surprise at this moment. More precisely, a new study carried out for the messaging platform reveals that the daily use of WhatsApp would be good for people's health, something that may seem extraordinarily hard to believe for any person who uses it.

WhatsApp. Some studies have said that the messaging platform creates addiction, and that using it non-stop is not exactly something a normal person should do, but there are studies to the contrary regarding it. The WhatsApp application is good for people's mental health only if they spend time talking with friends or family, which brings them closer to their loved ones, but it also has other beneficial effects on them.

WhatsApp. Specifically, those who use the app regularly to chat with friends and family members have reported that they feel less lonely, and that they have a much better opinion of themselves. The findings of this study contradict many others published in the past, and it seems that not only WhatsApp is good for users' mental health, but also other messaging applications that offer similar functionality on phones.

There's lots of debate about whether spending time on social media is bad for our well-being but we've found it might not be as bad as we think. The more time people spend on WhatsApp, the more this relates to them feeling close to their friends and family and they perceive these relationships to be of good quality.

WhatsApp. Studies done in the past said that Facebook makes people feel much more depressed than they were in the past, but also more envious of those who brag about various achievements or objects they own. In the case of WhatsApp, things are the opposite, but only for those who chat with close people every day, and the lack of praise from the platform helps them not to become depressed, or worse.

WhatsApp. Of course, the excessive use of platforms of this kind is not for anyone's benefit, so be very careful what you do in your everyday life, and don't be fooled by promises that don't really have a real basis.
