More precisely, those from the European Commission approved the transaction by which Vodafone bought UPC, but we are talking about a transaction that involves many countries, including Romania, although the customers here will also be affected by this major change.

Vodafone. The amount paid to buy UPC in Romania was not revealed, but we are certainly talking about a substantial one, especially since the revenues of the purchased operator are several hundred million euros annually.
The transition process should not affect Romanian customers in any way, and this is because the changes will only be made at the administrative level, and it is not known whether there will be a rebranding or not for the services.
