More precisely, a month ago we told you that a new application for Windows 10 will replace the current integration for Cortana that exists within the operating system, and yesterday everything became official by launching it in beta version for users.
In the latest beta version, Windows 10 also has the special application that allows Cortana to be used independently, which is of course also offered in the beta version for those who test the software. Cortana will have an interface usually found in messaging applications, and this is because in Windows 10 it was considered that such a change is needed to make the software much more attractive for customers interested in it.

The new Cortana application for Windows 10 allows the use of both voice commands and text commands, so users can find the desired information as if they were searching on the GOogle search engine. Apart from that, in the new version, Cortana is able to open applications, manage lists, set reminders, alarms, timers, so users have in Windows 10 exactly what they had until now, only in a separate application from interface.
Windows 10 does not have all the Cortana functions available to users for now, and this is because the application is currently offered in beta version, but they will be implemented gradually for everyone. The application is offered to those who are enrolled in the Fast Ring to test the preview versions of the operating system, build 18945 being the one that allows its use, but it will only be officially launched in the spring of 2020 by the Americans.
