GODMOTHER. WARNING regarding ASTEROIDS that will HIT the Earth

GODMOTHER. A very important warning comes from the administrator of the American space agency regarding the danger of asteroids heading towards Earth.

NASA. Researchers who constantly analyze outer space make an extremely important warning about asteroids that could hit the Earth and what we must do to avoid such a collision. The administrator of NASA, Jim Bridenstine is the one who spoke about the danger that exists for the Earth, although for now there is no clear evidence that an asteroid could hit the planet Earth too soon.

NASA. Despite this, the American space agency recently detected an asteroid that came surprisingly close to the earth, the problem being that the detection was made much too late by its researchers. However, the NASA administrator says that if there were asteroids that could hit the earth, the US has prepared a special program called DART, which aims to redirect these cosmic bodies so they don't hit the Earth.

NASA demonstration on deflecting the trajectory of an asteroid using DART.

NASA. The Earth defense system, which the American space agency calls DART, is specially designed to protect us in the future, and of course it is built by the USA with very large investments. At the moment, NASA has the project at a fairly advanced stage, intending to launch it into orbit sometime in 2021, and it is quite clear that there is a danger of collision with asteroids that could not be detected in time .

NASA. The Americans say that DART will try to somehow redirect the asteroids that are heading towards Earth, and a test will be done in 2022 to try to divert the trajectory of the Didymos asteroid. This asteroid does not pose any threat to Earth, but NASA will test the DART system to see how successful it might be in the future in deflecting the trajectory of other asteroids that might come close to Earth.

NASA. Having said that, if there was really no danger regarding possible collisions with asteroids, there would be no need for a system like DART to be launched by the Americans into outer space.
