MOON FABRIC. For those of you who are not very attentive to what is happening in the sky, well you must know that today there is a phenomenon called the Black Moon, or the Dark Moon. We are talking about a spectacular astronomical phenomenon in which the MOON begins to rise, and I can see in the image below which are the phases of the moon, and in which of them the earth's natural satellite will be registered this evening.
MOON FABRIC. Normally, a phenomenon of this kind should happen at most once a month, but in August we have something different, and this is because of the way the earth rotates around the sun. This evening, the MOON and the Sun will be in opposite positions of the Earth, so the latter will not be illuminated, it will only reflect the light of the sun, but this evening it will no longer have it on it, and this is how the phenomenon of the Black MOON appears.

MOON FABRIC. In Romania, this phenomenon has received several names over time, specifically the Young Moon, the Two-Horned Moon, or New Crai, but in English the term BLACK MOON is used, a slightly more scientific one. Practically, the MOON disappears from the sky in the absence of illumination from the sun, and outer space can be observed much better by astronomers, although the natural satellite does not disappear from the Earth during this phenomenon.
MOON FABRIC. Although some people are also of the opinion that this phase also brings problems for the Earth, researchers have not yet linked any event on Earth to this astronomical phenomenon, but anything is possible. We already know that the MOON affects quite a lot the development of life on Earth, so even a phenomenon of this kind could have some impact on the way life proceeds.
MOON FABRIC. This phenomenon will be visible only this night in Romania, so if you want to observe it, it would be good to be very attentive to what happens in the sky in the next hours.
