Only those with the Facebook application for Android will be able to benefit from this change offered by the Americans, those with iPhone will definitely have the change implemented at some point, but not everyone will be happy.
Facebook has been testing this change in Instagram for a very long time, and they haven't decided yet whether they will implement it officially or not, so it's hard to say what they will do in the case of the main network.
