Digi Mobil: RADICAL MEASURE with IMPACT for ALL Customers

Digi Mobil has taken a radical measure that has an impact on all customers in Romania, here is how important it is, and how the services will change.

Digi Mobil 2g 5G network

Digi Mobil, the fourth largest mobile operator in Romania, has taken a radical measure that will have a major impact on all customers who use its services in Romania. More precisely, I told you in the morning that the tests for the 2G network have already started in Romania for the Digi Mobil network, whether it is about new antennas or whether it is about a possible test of the Telekom network, which is to be bought soon.

Digi Mobil is now investing on two plans to improve the services available to customers in Romania, on the one hand on the 5G network, and on the other on the 2G network. Apart from that, the people from Digi Mobil are making changes including for the 4G network, switching to new frequencies, the changes aiming to improve the signal, but also the Internet speeds, which at the moment are very bad, unfortunately.

Digi Mobil: RADICAL MEASURE with IMPACT for ALL Customers

Digi Mobil is making very important changes to various aspects of its mobile infrastructure at the moment, so from 2G to 5G, there will be improvements on almost all levels. This means that all those who use Digi Mobil's mobile phone services will have an extremely good experience in terms of both talking on the phone and surfing the Internet at high speeds.

Digi Mobil launched the 5G network in the summer of this year, and the 2G network is only now starting to be available, the telephone network starting as an exclusive 3G one, then switching to 4G, and now the 2G "layer" is added for it. The latter brings major improvements to coverage in Romania, and although the Internet cannot really be used in the 2G network, Digi Mobil will still be able to offer customers better voice services.

Digi Mobil, with its 2G and 5G networks, will have a much greater power in the battle it leads with Orange and Vodafone, those from Telekom being practically removed from the calculations of the telecom market in Romania.
