The Samsung GALAXY S11 will have DDR5 RAM integrated by the Samsung company, the source code of Android 10 confirming that these components have been implemented in the prototypes of the phone, which are now in the development process. Although the implementation of DDR5 RAM modules in the GALAXY S10 series phones was expected since last year, the change finally comes only with the launch of the Samsung GALAXY S11, many months after the start of production of these chips.
