Google will use the information gathered by its virtual robots to determine which websites load slowly, and which load quickly, and based on them they will display warnings in the browser. Google claims that it will test several forms of alerting users about websites that load slowly, so it is possible to see a warning like the one below, or it is possible to see other ways of warning.
