Milky way is the galaxy of which our solar system is a part, and NASA researchers have over time made a series of discoveries that have helped them get some idea of what is hidden in it. Well, a recent discovery comes to overturn many of the things known until now, and this is because apparently, there is not only one black hole in our galaxy, but two, which is a big surprise.
In the center of the Milky Way is the black hole that was discovered by researchers for some time, it has been the subject of many investigations over time, and in 2019 the first picture from its interior was presented. Researchers are not 100% sure that they have discovered a second black hole in our galaxy, but it seems that it would have smaller dimensions than the first one, and would still be near it, that is, somewhere towards the center of the Milky Way.

Considering that black holes cannot be observed directly, but only through the way stars and planets move around them, researchers are not yet sure that they have made this discovery. If it is still real, it comes after a very long time of observing the center of our galaxy, without any space agency saying anything concrete about it so far, and we are talking about an extremely important discovery, in the end.
"Using our understanding of the gravitational interaction between the possible pair of supermassive black holes and the surrounding stars, astronomers can predict what will happen to the stars. "Astrophysicists like my colleagues and I can compare our predictions with observations, then determine the possible orbits of the stars and find out whether the supermassive black hole has a companion that exerts gravitational influence."
Because black holes are very difficult to discover, NASA is working on a special detector of black holes, planets, stars, etc., based on a laser that will be directed towards the universe to analyze the black horizon. It could seriously contribute to the discovery of other black holes, planets, or stars about which we now know absolutely nothing, but it will take some time until it is launched into the universe to analyze everything that surrounds us at this moment.
Taking all this into account, it will be interesting to see if this black hole can be confirmed, but also how many interesting things are still hidden in our galaxy, and have not been discovered by anyone.
