Digi Mobil: CRITICAL Decision for Customers that brings BIG Benefits

Digi Mobil made a critical decision for its clients in Romania, but it also comes with very big benefits for them, here's what they will have a share of.

Digi Mobile benefits

Digi Mobil made a critical decision in 2019 on the basis of which great benefits will be brought to its clients in Romania, and of course we are talking about something extremely important that the world is not yet aware of. As some of you know very well, those from Digi Mobil have negotiated, and maybe they are still negotiating with Telekom, a possible takeover of the businesses in Romania, but so far no agreement has been reached between the two groups.

Digi Mobil however, it did not wait for a possible acquisition of the mobile services division of Telekom to be completed, and started to invest alone in its own 2G network in Romania. Digi Mobil needed this network to cover a very big gap that it had, and because of which it could not offer its customers the best possible services in our country, but here it is that it decided to make significant investments on its own .

Digi Mobil: CRITICAL Decision for Customers that brings BIG Benefits

Digi Mobil he would have bought a mobile infrastructure covering the whole of Romania if he had reached an agreement with those from Telekom, but because he failed to reach an agreement with the Germans, he is acting on his own. In this idea, those from Digi Mobil have more than likely invested a very large amount to expand their 2G coverage in Romania in recent months, Bucharest and several other counties enjoying coverage at the moment.

Digi Mobil he didn't announce that he was investing in a 2G network until after he already had some fairly extensive areas covered by his infrastructure, and that came as a big surprise for a lot of people. Of course, the biggest surprise is that now Digi Mobil customers in areas with 2G coverage have the opportunity to benefit from GSM coverage both in buildings and outside them, so they can talk on the phone without problems if they need to.

Digi Mobil will continue investing in 2G because, apparently, it will not reach an agreement with Telekom to buy their mobile services division, so it remains to be seen what will happen.
