DIGI | RCS & RDS initiated this campaign after just a few weeks ago it decided to be the first telecommunications group in Romania to offer people the opportunity to receive their invoices on WhatsApp. Yes, you read that right, people from DIGI | RCS & RDS allow all customers in Romania to be notified via WhatsApp when their invoice is issued, but of course it is available for viewing including in the account on their website.

DIGI | RCS & RDS has a lot to gain on the financial side if it no longer had to send invoices in physical format to millions of customers in Romania, the company being able to save millions of lei in Romania every month. Annual savings that DIGI | RCS & RDS can make them can reach several tens of millions of LEI, depending on the number of customers who receive the invoice in physical format, and the price they pay for their delivery.
DIGI | RCS & RDS started last year the campaign through which it wants to convince all customers to activate the electronic invoice, but now it has become even more "aggressive", and everything is more than likely related to the money spent with them. Considering that DIGI | RCS & RDS is forced to make increasing investments for the infrastructure in Romania, but also because it has contracted large loans, any kind of economy is good, and tens of millions of LEI per year is not something small.
