For the Google Pixel 4 phones, a new hidden function was discovered in Android, called "Ultra Low Power Mode", and as the name suggests, it aims to improve battery autonomy.
Android it should disable a lot of phone services, set the brightness to a very low value, and make other changes aimed at substantially reducing the phone's energy consumption. Android automatically activates dark mode when this option is activated, but apart from that, it no longer keeps applications open in the background, it no longer provides geolocation information when the screen is locked, and this is just the beginning.
