Vodafone has a special message for its customers from all over Romania, and we are talking about something that other telecommunications operators do not offer, especially in this very delicate period for all Romanians in the country. More precisely, those from Vodafone allow customers in Romania, who have prepaid cards, to activate in advance the options they use, and to pay for them later, within a maximum of 7 days from the date of activation of the respective option.
Vodafone did not introduce this system as a special measure to help people who are affected by the new Coronavirus, but implemented everything for some time, so a lot of people already knew about it. The idea itself is an extremely good one, and this is because it allows people to activate the option they want on the card in advance, and to pay Vodafone only when they have the money to do so, even if they only get it in a week of days.
Vodafone: The SPECIAL Message for Customers from All over Romania
Vodafone offers within this service only the possibility to activate an offer that has a maximum value of 15 euros, and after the 7 days have passed from the moment of activation, the option will be automatically deactivated. It is also mandatory that the Vodafone offer you wish to activate has already been activated twice before making the request, otherwise you will not be able to benefit from this service to pay for it later.
"If you use the Vodafone Card, you no longer have credit on your account and your extra option expires, you can reactivate it now and pay anytime in the next 7 days. All you have to do is follow the steps here. You have access to the "Offer in advance" service by sending a free SMS from your Vodafone Card with the text YES to the number 366. You will only have access to this service after you have had at least two consecutive renewals of an offer on your Vodafone Card."
Vodafone offers advance credit for user offers only in fixed amounts, i.e. at least 1 euro, even if it only needs a few tens of cents to complete the difference between the credit in the account and the amount needed to activate the option. The difference is automatically allocated to the account to remain for future activations, Vodafone "going on trust" with this service, but of course only for those who have been customers for at least 2 months with the same option.
Vodafone has this service exclusively for its clients in Romania, and in this period when many people have lost their jobs, it can prove to be the best possible solution.
