Samsung REFUSES to Acknowledge a Problem with the GALAXY S20 Series

Samsung refuses to recognize a problem with the GALAXY S20 phone series, here is the answer it has for customer complaints from many countries.

Samsung stubbornness

Samsung refuses to acknowledge a big problem with the Samsung GALAXY S20 phone series, much to the displeasure of many customers who have been asking for a big change for some time. More precisely, a few weeks ago a petition appeared asking Samsung to give up its Exynos chips, used in the Samsung GALAXY S20 series, and this is because they are clearly inferior to Qualcomm's, offering poorer performance and autonomy.

Samsung he seems to ignore the problem that motivated tens of thousands of people to sign that petition, and in a press statement he stated that there are no differences between Exynos and Qualcomm chips. You can see below what Samsung says about the GALAXY S20 series of phones, and although they are very good at the base, unfortunately they do not offer exactly what all customers want from them, i.e. equal performance and autonomy regardless of the model chosen.

Samsung REFUSES to Acknowledge a Problem with the GALAXY S20 Series

Samsung is the only major manufacturer of mobile phones that makes these differences between its customers all over the world, some offering them phones that are performing, others weaker phones, of course more expensive. Unfortunately, the response from Samsung regarding the situation shows us that its desire to solve things is not a priority, but also that the Samsung GALAXY Note 20 series will have exactly the same problems.

“The Galaxy S20 is a smartphone designed to change the way you experience the world, and depending on the region, the Galaxy S20 will ship with either the Exynos 990 or Snapdragon 865. Both Exynos and Snapdragon processors go through the same testing scenarios in real-life, rigorous testing to deliver consistent, optimal performance throughout the smartphone's lifecycle."

Samsung upset the employees who developed the Exynos processor with the decision not to use it in the South Korean models because, according to local media, it would not have performed well enough for 5G. This decision shows us that Exynos is not as efficient a chip as Qualcomm, and that Samsung makes differences between customers from different countries, Europeans being disadvantaged.

Samsung was at the center of rumors suggesting that it will abandon Exynos chips starting with the models that will be launched in 2021, but for now we don't have anything 100% official.
