WhatsApp: News of a MAJOR New Feature for Phones

WhatsApp has today revealed news for a very important new feature that is now ready for release for all phones.

WhatsApp connected

WhatsApp has a very important new feature in the pipeline for release that will finally bring something that people have been asking for for years, but something that is only now being offered. More precisely, WhatsApp is preparing a new function that will allow us to log in with the same account from various devices, no matter what they are, that is, it will not matter if we normally use the platform on an iPhone and want to log in including on an Android phone.

WhatsApp had some of the novelties of this function revealed so far, and today we are talking about something new, that is, about a special section in which all the devices connected to the account will be listed. After we decide to connect more devices, they will become visible in a special section within the application, and you can see below how it looks, and how the menu will look through which we can see them, or we can add a new device.

WhatsApp connected devices

WhatsApp will allow the interconnection of an as yet unknown number of devices to the same account, this decision to be revealed by the Americans after they launch the function. It may be about a maximum of 5 interconnected devices, or even less, for now it is not known, but this matters less since in the application where the main WhatsApp account is connected we can also see the devices that have access to the information.

WhatsApp offers this section because if someone manages to connect when we leave the phone unattended, we quickly find out that there is unauthorized access to the account. Also from there we will be able to quickly remove any kind of devices that are connected to that WhatsApp account, so any terminal that should no longer be able to receive messages will be very quickly disconnected, and the messages will no longer reach there, but only to the other devices.

WhatsApp has been working on this function for several months, and will offer it officially when it is ready, certainly in 2020, but it is not clear how long we have to wait.
