"Prime Minister Ludovic Orban: We instituted the state of alert in accordance with the provisions of Law 55, which comes into force starting today. As long as it is clear that this virus poses major risks to people's lives, any behavior that is not correct and can lead to the infection of our fellow citizens must be sanctioned.

In the next period, all the ministries, all the authorities that are under or under the coordination of the ministries must be mobilized to the maximum. The Ministry of Internal Affairs through the police, the gendarmerie, the border police and through all the structures, including the local police, which is operationally subordinate to the national police, will have to get involved with all its forces to ensure compliance with the rules.
