The Romanian government relaxes measures June 1

The Romanian government has published in the Official Gazette the list of all relaxation measures that will come into force starting on June 1 in Romania, and below you can read them all as they are presented to us by the Romanian authorities.

The Romanian government could come up with some clarifications for these rules, as Ludovic Orban said, but it remains to be seen what exactly they will want to modify in relation to what exists at the moment mentioned for all citizens.

"Art.1 (1) Starting from June 1, it is allowed to organize and run sports competitions in the open air, without spectators, in compliance with the health protection measures established by the joint order of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Minister of Health, issued pursuant to art. . 43 and of art. 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

(2) Starting from June 1, it is allowed to organize and carry out in indoor or outdoor pools, the physical training activities of professional athletes and sports competitions, without the participation of spectators, in compliance with the health protection measures established by the joint order of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Minister of Health, issued pursuant to art. 43 and of art. 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

(3) Starting from June 1, it is allowed to be held by the athletes
professionals, of physical training activities in closed spaces, respecting the rules of distance between participants, so as to ensure a minimum of 7 square meters/person and respecting the health protection measures established by the joint order of the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Minister of Health, issued pursuant to art. 43 and of art. 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

(4) The measures provided for in para. (1) and (3) do not apply to training activities and sports competitions in the field of contact sports.

Art. 2 Starting from June 1, it is allowed to organize and conduct shows, concerts, other cultural events in the open air, as well as public and private festivals, with the participation of no more than 500 spectators with seats at a distance from minimum 2 meters, from each other, wearing a protective mask and respecting the conditions established by the joint order of the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Health, issued pursuant to art. 44 and of art. 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

Art. 3 Starting from June 1, the restrictions/bans regarding
movement of people outside the city/metropolitan area.

Art. 4 Starting from June 1, the international rail transport of people through regular services, special regular services and occasional services in international traffic will resume, for all trips made by transport operators from and to Romania, in compliance with the conditions established according to Art. 32,34, 37 and 55 of Law no. 2020/XNUMX.

Art. 5 Starting from June 1, international road transport resumes
persons through regular services, special regular services and occasional services in international traffic, for all trips made by transport operators from and to Romania, in compliance with the conditions established according to art. 32, 35 and 37 of Law no. 55/2020.

Art. 6 Starting from June 1, it is allowed to prepare, sell and consume food products and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the specially designated spaces arranged outside the buildings, in the open air, with the provision of a distance of at least 2 m between tables and the participation of maximum 4 people at a table, if they are from different families, and in compliance with the health protection measures established by common order
of the Minister of Health, the Minister of the Economy, Energy and Business Environment and the President of the National Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Authority, issued pursuant to art. 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

Art. 7 Starting from June 1, the access of people to the beaches is achieved only with the mandatory provision of sunbeds for each person present, the provision of a distance of at least 2 m between the sunbeds that are used by people from different families and in compliance with the rules of prevention established by joint order of

Art. 8 Starting from June 1, it is allowed to organize drive-in shows, the occupants of a car being members of the same family, the health protection measures being established by a joint order of the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Health, issued pursuant to art. . 71 para. (2) from Law no. 55/2020.

Art. 9 This Decision is communicated to all components of the National Emergency Management System for implementation through orders and administrative acts of their leaders."
