Fortnite protests

Fortnite has today a new postponement for the release of the third season of the game that Epic Games is currently developing, and we are talking about the 3rd, coming just a few days after the previous one, and it is possible to not be the last, unfortunately.

Fortnite was supposed to have its third season launched at the beginning of May, it being postponed for the beginning of June due to the Coronavirus, and now the violent protests in the USA have brought two more postponements for this launch, the last ones being successive.

Fortnite at the end of May, the release of season 3 was postponed to June 11, and on June 3 a new postponement was announced for June 17, but even this date is not certain since the protests in the USA continue to grow in intensity.

Fortnite has hundreds of millions of players worldwide at the moment, and all of them are eagerly waiting for the new season to come, but unfortunately the social situation in the USA is very far from any logical normal at the moment,

“The team is eager to move Fortnite forward, but we need to balance the launch of Season 3 with time for the team to focus on themselves, their families and their communities. The Device live event will be delayed until Monday, June 15, and the release of Season 3 has been delayed until Wednesday, June 17. We know this delay is coming our way and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these difficult times."

Fortnite has many news prepared for the release of the third season, but it remains to be seen when it will be released considering what is happening in the USA at the moment, and the fact that nothing is being done to calm things down.
