Messenger takes over the display mode of these icons, cheat heads, directly from Android, the Facebook company reaching the conclusion that a big change is needed in terms of the way this system works. Messenger implemented this system with the idea of facilitating quick access to conversations by users regardless of which application they are in, the icon showing the number of unread messages, and when accessed, it opens a special interface above that of an application.

Messenger: The SURPRISE change from Facebook to Phones

Messenger has this change made automatically in Android 11 by the application, it being implemented, apparently, also in Android 10, only that it is not yet activated by Facebook. Starting with Android 11, this new method of displaying shortcuts for Messenger conversations is automatically activated, so that everything comes without the users having to make any changes, although those from Facebook have implemented the new features, but have not yet activated them.

Messenger the option is not automatically activated, but there is a setting in the messaging application that allows the manual activation of the system, and the selection of its mode of use. Messenger allows the viewing of shortcuts for all the conversations we have with our friends, or only for some of them, so it is up to us to choose what exactly we want to see in terms of shortcuts for the conversations we have.

Messenger it does not have this new functionality promoted by Facebook in any way, but it is good to know that it already exists, and that you can use it in your daily conversations.
