Advice from the Romanian Police for all drivers throughout the country

Advice from the Romanian Police to drivers

Today, the Romanian Police comes with a very good advice for all drivers in Romania who forget that, according to the Highway Code, they have the obligation to drive in the first lane of public roads, when it is free, even if they drive with the legal speed limit, to second, third, fourth, the lane being dedicated to overtaking.

The Romanian Police also say that the number of accidents is 50% lower than in the same period last year, more than likely thanks to the much reduced traffic during the state of emergency, and until June 1, when free movement is allowed through the country.

"Did you know that even on the first lane of the highway you can drive at a speed of 130 km/h? 😁

It's really cool that it "runs" parallel to the second lane, also on the highway. That lane where overtaking is done.

How cool! It is not like that? 😉

By the way, the first lane does not mean the emergency lane!

PS: Accidents decreased by 50% during this period compared to last year! Thank you for your attention and fairness!"
