I'm talking about the fact that RCS & RDS launched its 2019G network in Romania in mid-5, and until April 2020 invested heavily in turning it into the most extensive in our country, but for two months no improvements have been made for her.
RCS & RDS it hasn't updated the coverage map for the 2G network in Romania for 5 months, a sign that investments in it are stagnating at the moment, maybe because of the Coronavirus pandemic. Those from RCS & RDS used to update the coverage information for the 5G network in Romania on a monthly basis, a sign that they were investing in its expansion, but things have changed radically, unfortunately, and the 5G network has not been expanded since April 2020.

RCS & RDS he did not comment on what is happening in relation to the investments he is making in the 5G network, but it is clear that he has entered a period in which he no longer invests massively in it. The reasons why RCS & RDS are acting like this after more than half a year of investments can be multiple, but most likely either the Coronvirus pandemic has reduced their liquidity, or they are waiting for the auction for 5G frequencies, which will be organized in the fall, or they are waiting to see what decision will be made regarding Huawei.
RCS & RDS said from the very beginning that it also uses Huawei equipment in its 5G network in Romania, not in the vast majority, but in combination with equipment from, at least, those from Ericsson. Regardless of what keeps the investments from RCS & RDS in place, it is clear that the coverage has not been improved for 2 months, but it is difficult to say how many customers want 5G from the company and do not have it, especially since Digi does not announced how many 5G customers it has now.
RCS & RDS is the Romanian operator that has invested the most in a 5G network in our country, even if it does not have the fastest network, it has the most extensive one at the moment.
