Fortnite is part of a surprising decision made by those at Epic Games, one that is related to the current situation in which the whole world is, but one that is controversial because not all players agree with what was done for the most popular online game.
Fortnite has all the police cars removed by Epic Games as part of the update that was released for the game last week, and we are talking about a change that is made due to the recent protests that took place in the US after the killing of George Floyd.
Fortnite it did not have its servers closed following the protests that covered the entire US, as happened, for example, in the case of GTA Online, Read Dead Redemption, or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but it was still decided that the police cars would be removed from within the game right now.
Fortnite didn't really make everyone happy with this decision, some of its players complained in the online platform because of the disappearance of these police cars, but no matter what decision Epic Games would have made, there would certainly have been someone who he complains about what is happening.
Fortnite will have the cars re-implemented by Epic Games in the online platform at some point, but it remains to be seen exactly when this could happen, so patience is still needed for everything to be done for the benefit of the players worldwide.
