Telekom launched a new surprise for customers from all over Romania, and we are talking about something that should come to everyone's aid, although it remains to be seen if in reality things will be exactly like this, or not. Those from Telekom have announced the inclusion in the My Telekom application of a new personal assistant named Tim, which is designed to allow people to quickly find answers to various questions they have, all without calling the customer service the customers.
Telekom registers many calls to the customer relations service every day, just like any other company in Romania with millions of customers, and this chatbot named Tim is meant to take over some of the questions. We are talking about a virtual robot that has a set of answers for a predefined set of questions, and Romanians who need help with any kind of problems can use this chatbot from the My Telekom application to find out answers.

Telekom offers such a system in Romania after other large companies decided to take over a part of the traffic of call centers with systems of this kind, which do not need thousands of people to monitor customer problems. Telekom however, Tim only has a narrow set of answers for only certain questions, so that in some situations it will still be necessary to call the customer relations service to solve various problems. This of course puts customers in the position of waiting who knows how many minutes in line to solve the various problems they have, but at least there is an option to solve things in a much simpler and faster way.
Telekom it offers assistance through Tim only through the My Telekom application, so you will not be able to use the assistant elsewhere, so it would be good to install it if you need it in the next period.
