The Romanian government is preparing to adopt a new decision regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, everything being announced by the Minister of Health, Nelu Tataru, stating that everything has to do with the medical leaves granted to people during the period when the law on quarantine and isolation was declared unconstitutional .
The Romanian government says that it will solve the problem for those who did not receive medical leave when they need it during this period of time, so that their work will be repaired through a government decision to be adopted in the next period by the authorities from Romania.
"A government decision is being prepared in this regard. The House (No. CNAS) carried out an evaluation of those cases that, during the legislative vacuum, were not in hospital or were discharged on request and when they went to work they did not receive medical leave. Re-evaluating them in order to be able to give them medical leave rests with the specialist doctor, the infectious disease doctor, who will give a recommendation to the family doctor."
