More specifically, Telekom announced an important update for the MyAccount application, the one through which accounts can be managed in the company's platform, and thanks to a new function, users can confirm invoice payments.

Telekom says that he has finally implemented this functionality for customers who pay their bills by any method, and they want to confirm the payment in order not to have the services suspended by the operator, the new function being available for them from this very moment. Telekom says that users can confirm payments through a special menu in the MyAccount application right from now, so you can finally save yourself a phone call to them, or searches through the Self Care menu.

Telekom postponed the payment

Telekom also says that it has implemented a function that allows the postponement of bill payments for customers who need a step to get money to pay their bill, without being left without services. This option is also available in a special menu within Telekom's MyAccount application, and its customers do not have to provide any motivation for the postponement, or any proof of the fact that they do not actually have the money to postpone the respective payment.

Telekom comes with these new functions because they have existed in the competition for some time, so it was normal, and to be expected, to offer them also for all its clients in Romania at the moment, and it is good that it finally does.
