For more than half a year, the Romanian government has been actively involved in the fight against the new Coronavirus, the authorities going month by month with new measures designed to help people get through this difficult period we are facing more easily, and the situation would be under control.
The Government of Romania, through the Prime Minister, Ludovic Orban, announces that the Coronavirus pandemic is under control in Romania, and that everything is under control, even if the daily number of cases has increased in the last two weeks, the authorities believe that things can remain stable, and possibly they may decrease in the coming weeks.
"We do evaluations per period, per week. It is an increasing trend, but an increasing trend that is not from one day to the next, it is an increasing trend of 150-200 cases that has been in the last two weeks, but we have to take into account the fact that we have, practically , the resumption of all economic, social, educational, cultural activities and, due to the increase in the number of interactions, the risk of growth has increased a little, but I consider that the situation is under control and there is no growth to worry us, and we are ready to take any measure necessary to ensure compliance with the rules of health protection and treatment of patients."
