The vaccination process against the Coronavirus continued in Romania on January 13, 2021, with the authorities in our country continuing the process without stopping to immunize as many people as possible, and another 13.821 were vaccinated.

In total, so far 154.268 Romanians have been vaccinated against the Coronavirus, a large number, but which shows us that an acceleration is needed to reach over 10 million Romanians vaccinated by September, as the Government wants.

"According to the data made available to CNCAV by the National Institute of Public Health, through the application National Electronic Register of Vaccinations (RENV), which keeps records of vaccinations, the situation as of January 13, 17.00:XNUMX a.m. is the following:

1. Number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (in the last 24 hours) –  13.821.

2. Total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (as of December 27, 2020) – 154.268.

3. Number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours):    

60 common and minor reactions, including:

– 21 local reactions;

– 39 general reactions.

4. Number of adverse reactions registered at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):

   544 common and minor, including:

-  214 local reactions with pain at the injection site;

 330 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies);

* We mention that 1 reaction is under investigation.

We specify that the program of the vaccination centers ends at at 20.00, which is why the number of vaccinations carried out in the interval timetable 17.00 – 20.00 it will be reflected in the following day's reporting."
