The number of Romanians vaccinated against the Coronavirus increased by 16.057 people in the last 24 hours, almost 3000 more than the previous day, and this despite the fact that the number of vaccination centers doubled from one day to the next.

The number of Romanians vaccinated against the Coronavirus has reached 183.669 people, and it should increase in the next period, but it is possible that there will not be too much of an increase because the number of vaccines that continue to arrive in the country is a small one, unfortunately.

"According to the data made available to CNCAV by the National Institute of Public Health, through the application National Electronic Register of Vaccinations (RENV), which keeps records of vaccinations, the situation as of January 15, 17.00:XNUMX a.m. is the following:

1. Number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (in the last 24 hours) – 16.057.

2. Total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine (as of December 27, 2020) – 183.669.

3. Number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours):    

68 common and minor reactions, including:

– 24 local reactions;

– 44 general reactions.

4. Number of adverse reactions registered at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):

661 common and minor, including:

- 259 local reactions with pain at the injection site;

402 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies);
