Raed Arafat: relaxation measures and an important warning

Raed Arafat relaxation measures warning

Raed Arafat confirmed that a series of relaxation measures will be applied in Bucharest after the incidence rate regarding the cases of Coronavirus dropped below 3 per 1000 inhabitants, bars, restaurants, cinemas, etc., will reopen with limited capacity.

Raed Arafat warns, however, that the relaxation measures are reversible, and that we should not relax, especially since Romania is in the paradoxical situation of applying relaxation measures while the rest of the civilized countries are strengthening restrictive measures to protect their citizens .

"At the national level, until this moment, work has been done based on these incidences that were established by Government Decision (under 1,5 per thousand, between 1,5 and 3 per thousand and over 3 per thousand). Every day there are localities that leave or enter (under restrictions - no) based on these incidences.

I wouldn't say we're relaxing, it's not right to say we're relaxing. It's a word we all use, but we have to understand that some activities are resuming. HoReCa must be made responsible to respect these rules: 30 percent, not 50, not 40, but 30 percent, one out of three meals and so on. Until 21:00.”
