Netflix increased at the end of 2020 the prices for the subscriptions in the USA, and now some analysts expect that including the prices for the subscriptions in Europe to increase. It is not very clear how much the prices for Netflix subscriptions in Europe should increase, but if this happens, we are talking about changes of 1 - 3 euros for each one, with Great Britain having a price increase of beginning of 2021.
Netflix it increases its investments in original content, and they must be supported with increases in subscription prices, but no one knows clearly if this will happen for sure in Europe. In Great Britain, the increase in prices could have more to do with Brexit than with the investments themselves, but in the rest of Europe it is possible that Netflix will not increase prices, even though it will undoubtedly invest more money to create more of its own productions in 2021.
