Milky Way: INCREDIBLE RARE Discovery and NASA Premiere

The Milky Way has an incredible very rare discovery revealed by NASA along with an astonishing first observed by its researchers.

Milky way a supernova of this kind has not been discovered until now, although NASA has observed them in other galaxies, but could not study them because they were at much greater distances from Earth. NASA says that supernovae of this kind are extremely important to the universe because they remove certain types of material that can support life in various areas of the cosmos, and perhaps this explosion in the Milky Way would be useful for what is near it.

“This interesting object, located near the center of the Milky Way, is a supernova remnant called Sagittarius A East or Sgr A East for short. Based on the Chandra data, astronomers previously classified the object as the remains of a massive star that exploded as a supernova. Using longer Chandra observations, a team of astronomers concluded that the object is leftover from a different type of supernova. The Chandra data revealed that Sgr A East, however, did not come from a regular type Ia. Instead, it appears to belong to a special group of supernovae that produce relatively different amounts of elements than the traditional Ias type and less powerful explosions. This subset is called 'Type Iax', a potentially important member of the supernova family."

Milky way it has a huge black hole in its center, and this explosion took place at a very small distance from it, so it is possible that it had an effect on what happened there. NASA researchers looked very carefully at what happened there, and analyzed everything closely to reach the conclusion that such an event took place in the Milky Way, so we are talking about a very interesting and important discovery.
