The Romanian Police has issued a new very serious warning for drivers all over Romania, and this is because we are talking about something that many people overlook, but which can prove to be very important because the fine applied is not exactly a small one.
The Romanian Police is warning drivers from all over the country about the fact that if they don't clean the license plates of their cars, they risk receiving a contravention fine because of this because the car cannot be identified.

Registration plates must always be clean so that the registration number is visible!
GEO 195/2002 regarding traffic on public roads: It is a misdemeanor to drive a vehicle whose registration or registration number plates are damaged, dirty or covered with ice or snow in such a way as to prevent identification of the registration or registration number."
