The Romanian government's vaccination campaign is suffering

The Romanian government confirms today the fact that in Romania the vaccination campaign remains affected by the lack of doses for immunization in the first phase, so that the number of those who are immunized for the first time remains very low.

"Daily update - record of people vaccinated against COVID-19

1. Number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (in the last 24 hours): 35.299, to a number of 35.299 people of which:
– 4.014 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 31.285 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
2. Total number of doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 administered (as of December 27, 2020): 1.084.096, to a number of 683.346 people of which:
– 282.596 people vaccinated with 1 dose;
– 400.750 people vaccinated with 2 doses.
3. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (in the last 24 hours): 65 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 7 local reactions;
– 58 general reactions.
4. Total number of adverse reactions recorded at the level of vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020):
2.859 common and minor reactions, of which:
– 557 local reactions with pain at the injection site;
– 2.302 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, urticaria type allergies).
