The Government of Romania issued today a last-minute announcement for Romanians from all over the country, and this is because, starting from February 27th, new places for vaccination with Pfizer/BioNTech doses will be available for them, 156.000 places being offered .

The Romanian government says that 130 new offices will be opened in addition to the ones that were already available, and the appointment period available for Romanians is 20 days, so you have enough time to get vaccinated against the Coronavirus.

Starting from Monday, March 1, 130 new clinics become operational for immunization with the vaccine produced by the Pfizer/BioNTech company. 156.000 people will be able to get vaccinated in the next 20 days, in these clinics; the vaccination capacity of each office is 60 people per day.

Vaccination scheduling will be available starting tomorrow, February 27, and is aimed at vulnerable people who, according to the National Strategy for Vaccination against COVID-19, are part of Stage II, namely people with chronic diseases, aged over 65 of age and people with disabilities.

Vaccination scheduling methods are the ones already known, respectively individually, through relatives or through the social assistance departments at the level of the town halls, through the electronic platform, of the family doctor/doctor, as well as through the call center, at the unique number 021.414.44.25 or to the support numbers intended for each individual county, available on the information platform."
