Valeriu Gheorghita: Civilians will be able to be vaccinated in MApN Centers

Valeriu Gheorghita Citizens Vaccine Centers MApN

Valeriu Gheorghita, the president who coordinates the activity of the CNCAV, said that the Romanians living in Romania will be able to get vaccinated including in the vaccination centers of the Ministry of Health, which until now they have not had access to, and everything is being done to expand the immunization capacity.

Valeriu Gheorghita says that all these centers are already part of the vaccination platform, and anyone can register on them, so it is not necessary to include them, only that they are not available for "free" vaccination until March 15. when they will be.

"These centers are all entered in the platform, they can be found in the platform, with a note that they are not available for free programming. These centers established in the MApN network, this decision was taken precisely to support the vaccination campaign and not to create a mechanism that would bypass or be favored in one way or another in terms of vaccination against COVID-19. At the national level, we are talking about approximately 92 centers in the MApN network and approximately 39 centers in the MAi network.

The entire procedure for allocating doses to these centers is subject to the same rules that are valid for all centers in each county. For the third stage, these centers, at least those in the MApN network, will also be available for scheduling the civilian population, and this has been assumed since the beginning of the vaccination campaign."
