Facebook will roll out new features to users around the world, including Instagram users, and will allow people to automatically block messages that contain offensive lines, possibly even comments for posts published within the platforms.
Facebook said that any kind of messages sent to users from the platforms will be automatically blocked if they contain certain offensive words or lines, inappropriate emoji characters, but everything will have to be set in advance by people for the filters to work.
Facebook has thought of everything to help people get rid of online harassment, a growing problem in recent years, and in the absence of other better solutions, the people at Facebook have come up with nothing but to give people control over this system.
Facebook has not yet said when this new system will be officially launched for everyone, so we will have to wait and see when the company will consider that it is still well enough to be offered officially.
