PS5 is the console launched by the Sony company at the end of last year, it was awaited by many people from all over the world because it proved to be specially designed for high performance and an evolution of gaming as we know it.
The PS5 had very good sales in the immediate period of the launch, but things did not stop there, and this is because consolidated sales are still being recorded for the new console, despite the production problems that Sony has faced so far.
PS5 recorded sales of 7.8 million units from the moment of launch and until now, 3.3 million units sold only in Q1 2021, the decrease compared to Q4 2020 being normal, but it does not mean that things will go in the same direction in the following months.
PS5 still has production problems because of which the demand on the market is not covered, and the global chip crisis will more than likely have a serious impact on the possibilities of purchasing the new Sony console in the next period.
PS5 can now be bought from many more locations than in previous months, but the biggest problem is that the stocks are still not enough to cover the desire of consumers to buy the new Sony console.
