Coronavirus: It is proposed to abandon the mask at sea and in the mountains

Coronavirus Waiving the Great Mountain Mask

Abandoning the wearing of protective masks in mountain and sea resorts is a proposal that the minister in charge of the MAI, Lucian Bode, will make to the CNSU in order to allow tourists to enjoy carefree walks, at least related to the mask, in these areas.

The Prime Minister of Romania, Florin Citu, had already announced yesterday that the wearing of the protective mask at the sea will be abandoned as of May 1st, but most likely the same will be true in the mountains so that tourism can resume in these areas.

The MAI would like the same measure to apply including in fitness centers or swimming pools, which are closed spaces and theoretically dangerous, but in these latter cases it is not known whether the measures will apply to everyone, or only to those vaccinated.
