Raed Arafat says that without the state of alert, restrictions could no longer be imposed based on the incidents, and everything would return to normal, but he says that in the coming weeks the population will learn more about when the state of alert could be lifted, but until in August it will surely disappear only if more than 10 million Romanians are vaccinated.
"The state of alert has not been lifted, because we, in order to apply the measures and incidences, in the situation where we still cannot say that the situation is under control...
