Android: Two Colossal Changes Officially Announced by Google

Android consumption

Android will have two colossal changes implemented by Google, the Americans officially announcing them to all phone users around the world, and they will come together with version 12. More precisely, Google is preparing to offer users from all over the world, substantial improvements for the general performance of Android, and implicitly of phones, something that some did not think was possible anymore.

Android will have, starting with version 12, implemented changes for the way the operating system works, so that the level of processor usage will be reduced by 22% for low-frequency cores, and by 15% for high-frequency ones. This means that the battery autonomy should improve by at least 15% if we consider that in general the operating system uses low-frequency cores for navigating through menus, displaying options, etc.

Android will also have another huge change implemented, and this is for the way the screen responds to user touches, here Google saying that there will be faster and smoother animations in almost everything we do. You know very well that the fluidity of the Android interface has been a major problem for many years, but Google is working even now to improve the experience from this point of view.

Android has these extremely important changes from version 12 made in tandem with other changes that Google has already officially presented, and which will have the purpose of changing the user experience to a large extent. If we think about the fact that only Android will reduce the resource consumption of the processor, and that phone manufacturers can also improve the energy efficiency of the processors, then we can expect serious improvements for battery autonomy.

Android will be released in version 12 in August by those from Google, but unfortunately the update will be offered to phones around the world only somewhere from September at the earliest, at best.
