Raed Arafat makes it clear that the economy will function in the 4th wave of the Coronavirus with vaccinated or tested people, without being closed, something that has been happening in other countries for many months, only in the case of certain incidence rates, for that even in Western Europe when the incidents were big, everything was closed.
"I don't want it to be taken as saying that this will be the case, I am making assumptions seeing what is happening in other countries and being sure that it is impossible to return to total closures and say that's it, we close the restaurants completely, we close everything completely, when there are a category of people who represent a minor risk if they enter and consume and participate in these activities and then the economic impact is a smaller one.
