BCR Romania has implemented within the George applications a system called "multiprofile", that is, it offers the option to access several bank accounts using a single account from the platform, and so clients could quickly manage the money they have.

BCR Romania also says that it has implemented what it calls George Messenger, that is, a platform through which customers can quickly find out information about banking services directly from the application. We are basically talking about a chat interface in which a virtual robot helps the clients who use the George platform so that they don't have to call BCR Romania, or go to an agency, to get that information.
BCR Romania has updated both the iPhone and Android applications with this change, so theoretically any of its clients will be able to enjoy the changes offered now.
